About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist to join Fekra Technologies, a fast-growing software outsourcing company serving clients across Europe and the GCC.
This role is 100% outbound-focused.
You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and opening conversations with companies that need software outsourcing or remote engineering teams.
If you have real experience selling IT services, initiating cold conversations, and turning them into discovery calls — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound communication with potential clients via phone calls, LinkedIn, and email
- Identify companies that may need software outsourcing or dedicated remote teams
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls with decision-makers
- Build and manage your own pipeline of prospects in the IT & software services market
- Work closely with marketing and sales to improve targeting and messaging
- Maintain accurate activity tracking using CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
- Report regularly on outreach performance and pipeline status
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in business development or outbound sales
- Proven experience selling software services, IT services, or outsourcing
- Strong ability to initiate conversations and handle cold outreach
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience with:
LinkedIn (Sales Navigator is a big plus)
Email outreach tools
CRM systems
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working with daily outreach targets
Nice to Have
- Experience working with European or GCC clients
- Understanding of software development lifecycle or tech services
- Previous experience in a software house or outsourcing company
